You can still support your favorite travel designer (that’s me!) while planning your own adventures.

CRUISE VS. ALL-INCLUSIVE

Unsure which vacation style is the best fit for you? If you enjoy the convenience and relaxation of an all-inclusive resort, that could be the perfect choice. Or, if you’d rather experience several destinations in one trip, a cruise offers that opportunity — even if it means sharing spaces with fellow travelers. Ultimately, the best vacation is the one that brings you the most joy!

CREDIT CARD & CURRENCY

Before you jump into the world of travel credit cards and points hacking, here’s a quick disclaimer: if you tend to carry a balance or struggle to pay off your credit cards each month, this strategy may not be the best fit for you. Responsible spending is key!

That said, the Chase Sapphire Preferred was my introduction to travel rewards cards, and it’s still one of my absolute favorites. Here’s why it continues to earn a permanent spot in my wallet:

Incredible Sign-Up Bonus

Excellent Rewards on Travel & Dining

Flexible Redemption Options

Valuable Travel Benefits

Outstanding Customer Service

While the card does have a $95 annual fee, I personally feel the benefits easily outweigh the cost. You’ll receive a $50 hotel credit when booking through Chase Travel, and the additional perks can add up to major savings throughout the year.

As always, I’m simply sharing the tools and strategies that have helped me travel for free or at a reduced cost — this is not financial advice, just my personal experience!
